There are 7 choices that have timer in it. You have to choose your answer within 5 second to continue the game. If you don’t choose within the time frame, you will get a bad ending.

In total, there are 12 endings (9 bad endings, and 3 happy endings)

What is considered as happy ending? You get another life.

What is considered as bad ending? You are dead.

It is as simple as that.
